| SEPTA Scheduling Post Storm, Give Kids A Smile, Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts |

SEPTA is working on getting things rolling again following this weekend's massive snowstorm. Riders are still dealing with residual delays on their bus, trolley and rail lines. Below is an update of SEPTA service as of 4 a.m. Monday morning.
• Bus: Routes 1, 4, 6, 9, 14, 15B, 16, 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 37, 42, 50, 52, 54, 56, 58, 59, 60, 64, 66, 70, 73, 78, 79, 80, 84, 93, 96, 97, 99, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 117, 118, 119, 120, 123, 124, 125, 126, 132, 201, 206 and Rare operating. Customers should check the System Status section athttp://www.septa.org for detour information. SEPTA is coordinating with the City and counties to improve road conditions and remove vehicles blocking bus routes in order to restore additional service.
• City Trolley: Routes 10, 11, 13, 15, 34 and 36 are operating on or close to schedule.
• Suburban Trolley: The Route 101 Trolley is operating from 69th Street Transportation Center to Providence Road, however not into Media on State Street. Full service from 69th Street to
Sharon Hill has been restored on Route 102.
• Market-Frankford Line: Regular service resumes at 5 a.m.
Regular schedules are expected to resume for Monday morning.
• Broad Street Line: Nite Owl buses operated overnight. Trains will return at 5 a.m.
• Regional Rail: Service will resume on all SEPTA Regional Rail Lines. On the Paoli/Thorndale Line, there is no service between Malvern and Thorndale due to Amtrak switch problems.
All Regional Rail passengers should expect a slow start on Monday morning, as trains have not operated since Friday evening and yard conditions are still challenging.
• Norristown High Speed Line: Service will resume from 69th Street to Bryn Mawr on Monday morning.
• CCT Paratransit: Limited service will be available for dialysis and medical appointments and essential work personnel on Monday.
• Parking: Parking spaces will be limited throughout the system, as 30-35% of spaces are unavailable due to snow piles in lots. In-house forces and contractors are working to plow parking lots throughout the system. Snow removal efforts will run at night all next week, with snow being trucked out of many lots.

The annual ‘give kids a smile’ event is February 5th. Children need to see a dentist and give kids a smile lets them do that for free. Jean Corbi, co-coordinator of the event at Camden County College’s Blackwood Campus says it runs from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. and the dentists can see up to 100-patients 12 and under. Teeth cleanings, x-rays, fluoride treatments and some limited restorative care available. You need to sign up at 856-227-7200 extension 4631.

Plans have been unveiled for the 2016 Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts. The festival opens on April 8th and runs for 16-days. The festival includes 60 separate performances. The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, in partnership with the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation, is hosting the event. The opening performance, called ‘Article 13’, refers to the UN’s Declaration of Human Rights, which states that everyone has the right to freedom of movement in their state and other countries.
