A video taped traffic stop of 15th district Philadelphia Police officers has gone viral. 28-year-old Tony Soto used his cell phone to record the incident from inside his car. He contends that police were abusing their power and profiling him and that their reasons for pulling him over were bogus. In the video Soto gives the officer his license but refuses to produce his registration, instead offering a piece of paper that has a medical exemption for his tinted windows. He also displays a badge and identification stating he is a fire marshal. Police are concerned with Soto's motives. He is a convicted felon, spending almost 3 years in prison. He has other convictions including impersonating a public servant, which calls into question his firefighter claim. The officers who pulled him over were African American and if he did have a medial exemption for tint it is supposed to be colorless. Not to mention, but in Pennsylvania you are required to hand over your license and registration when pulled over. Watch the full video below and decide for yourself. Also watch his interview with 6abc.

Four suspects in South Jersey been charged with stealing almost 50 air conditioning units from buildings throughout Gloucester County. The thefts happened between February 19th and March 29th mainly at business parks and commericial buildings. The theives would remove the units from the buildings, dismantle the them, and then scrap the metal for cash. Twelve victims at Lakeside Business Park in Gloucester Township reported missing 24 units with several others damaged. Nineteen victims in Washington Township were also missing 24 units. 29-year-old Paul Burke Jr. of Franklinville, 29 -year-old Mark A. Hendricks of Malaga, 24-year-old Amanda M. Dicicco of Sewell, and 19-year-old Jessica L. Belh of Monroeville have all been charged with multiple counts of Theft and Criminal Mischief.

A clearer cell phone video has been released showing part of the arrest of 32-year-old Phillip White in Vineland, NJ earlier this week. White later died while being transported to the hospital. Previous accounts describe the moments before this footage starts and could be heard on the police scanner where the officer tells dispatch that the suspect is going for his gun. Witnesses say that White was acting erraticly and threw a kick at the officer. The video begins with White already on the ground and a police dog being pulled off of him. Officers then tell him to turn over and they handcuff him. The final autopsy report is still pending toxicology results. White's family and friends and members of the community have concerns over the circumstances of his death. Not until a thorough investigation into all of the actions of the officers and of White can/should any determinations and conclusions be made. This new video does show a Vineland officer approaching the photographer and telling the person that they will need to take their phone which they cannot do. However, anyone who does have footage of the event is asked to come forward so that all evidence is available.
