Two teenagers were killed and another person was injured when a minivan was hit by a pickup truck in Exton, Chester County. It happened around 7:00 pm in the northbound lanes on Route 100 near North Slip Road. The minivan was trying to turn when it was struck by the pickup. The two teens killed were thrown from the minivan, the other injured was in the truck. The driver of the truck was arrested and placed in custody, however the charges have not been announced.

UPDATE: The two teens have been identified as siblings Miles Hannagan and Charlotte Hannagan. They were wearing seat belts but got ejected from the family's Honda Odyssey. They were pronounced dead at the scene. Four other adults were traveling in the minivan including the teens' parents. The parents suffered serious injuries and are currently at the ICU at Paoli Hospital. The other two adults were treated and released.

The driver of the GMC Pickup, 25-year-old Thomas Muir of Media, has been arrested and charged with with 2 counts of homicide by vehicle, DUI, six counts of recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving, texting while driving, and related offenses. Bail has been set at $75,000 cash.

Charlotte was an 11th Grade student at Downingtown High School West. Miles was a recent graduate of the school. A spokesperson for the district said, "Words cannot express the sadness that our school community is feeling at this time. Our sincere condolences, thoughts and prayers go out to the Hannagan friends and family who are dealing with this horrific tragedy. DHS West will have grief counselors and support available for any student needing assistance in the days ahead."

Two women in their 20's survived a 60 foot drop off the side of a highway in North Jersey. Rebecca Winslow and Elizabeth Woltholff were on their way to work when they veered off I-80 in Hackensack. The SUV just missed going in a river, but it did land on a tree which may have padded the fall. The Jaws of Life were used to pry them out of the vehicle. Police are still investigating the accident, but they may have swerved to avoid a truck.

A teen has died after falling off the top of a car and Philadelphia Police are looking for the driver. It happened at 11:15 pm Friday night between the 2900-3200 block of Levick Street in the Mayfair section of Northeast Philly. A 16-year-old boy climbed on top of a small white car that had stopped on the 3200 block. The driver took off down Levick with the teen on top. The boy fell off the car on the 2900 block but the driver kept going. The victim was taken to Aria-Torresdale Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on Saturday afternoon. Authorities are looking for the driver. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Philadelphia Police Accident Investigation District immediately at 215-685-3180/3181.
