ISIS Threatens Obama; Fort Washington Fire; Pope Visit Housing

A new beheading video from ISIS includes a direct threat against President Obama and includes pledges to kill Jordanian and Japanese hostages if a hostage held by Jordan is not freed. In a new online video three Islamic State fighters stand behind a kneeling Kurdish fighter as one of the extremists launches into a diatribe against the U.S. and other Western nations. In Arabic, one of the masked men threatens Obama, "we will cut off your head in the White House, and transform America into a Muslim Province."

Three people were hospitalized and nearly 100 have been displaced after an overnight fire at a Montgomery County apartment complex. Dispatchers said the blaze at the Washington Towers apartments on South Bethlehem Pike in Fort Washington, was reported shortly before 1 am. Several people were trapped inside the four-story building, and some leaped to safety or had to be rescued by firefighters from balconies at the complex. Three residents were taken to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries, dispatchers said.

Pope Francis is coming to Philadelphia for the World Meeting of Families. Millions of people will descend on Philly for the event and some homeowners hope to cash in on the housing opportunity on rental websites like AirBnB.com Everything from rooms in homes to private estates are getting premium prices from $1,000 a night for a room close to the action. A Main Line Mansion is asking $30,000 for the week.
