1 Dead in Crash on NB I-95; Immigrant in Church Gets Reprieve; Reward to Find Tully now $10,000

One person is dead and several are injured following a multi-vehicle crash on I-95 in Bucks County this afternoon. It happened around 1:15 pm in the northbound lanes of 95 between the Woodhaven Road and Street Road exits. The crash involved three passenger cars and two tractor-trailers. One of the tractor-trailers was hauling scrap metal and overturned on the median spilling it's cargo. The northbound lanes have been completely closed off for hours. Traffic had to be diverted off at Woodhaven and detoured to reenter at Street Road. Many motorists were stuck on the highway in between exits. The southbound lanes are open, but have suffered rubberneck delays. The victim has been identified as 58-year-old Paul Mirys who works for Sims Metal Management.

UPDATE 11:30 pm: I-95 Northbound has now reopened.

An undocumented immigrant who had sought asylum in a North Philadelphia church has been granted a temporary reprieve to stay in the country. Angela Navarro had been living in the West Kensington Ministry church for the past two months trying to avoid a deportation order. Navarro was picked up by immigration officials in 2003 crossing the Mexican border when she was 17 and pregnant. She now is married to a U.S. citizen and has two American-born children. Her parents also live in the US. They left Honduras in 1998 following Hurricane Mitch. The two year Stay of Removal will allow her to work and get a driver's license. Navarro can now apply to have the removal order canceled and hopefully begin the legalization process.

The fundraised reward for a missing Bucks County teacher and father of three has now surpassed $10,000 via the GoFundMe page: http://www.gofundme.com/k0qapc. 40-year-old Christopher Tully went missing on Tuesday, January 6th around 6:30 am. He was last seen where City Line ends into Ridge Ave, Lincoln Drive, and Kelly Drive walking back towards City Ave. He was wearing a black jacket, jeans, and sneakers. He's about 5'9â€ - 5'10â€ and 180-190lbs. (see picture below) Tully suffers from bi-polar disorder and has been without his medication but is not considered a threat to anyone.
