Two children are dead, and a young boy and a woman were found wounded in a shooting in a Tabernacle, New Jersey home. According to New Jersey State Police, all the shooting victims were shot with the same weapon, which is a handgun, and was recovered from the scene. The boy and a girl killed were found shot to death inside a home on Holly Park Drive Thursday morning around 9 a.m. The children's mother and 10-year-old boy are in critical condition at Cooper. Police identified the wounded mother as 44-year-old Jeaninne LePage. 8-year-old Nadia Harriman and 14-year-old Nicholas Harriman were dead at the scene and their brother 11-year-old Alexander Harriman was rushed to the hospital.

UPDATE:Police announced Friday afternoon that they believe the mother used a pillow to muffle the noise while shooting her three children before turning the gun on herself.

With mounting allegations of rape against comedian Bill Cosby, officials at Temple University are wrestling with whether they should take action. Cosby is a longtime trustee and fixture around Temple and its North Philadelphia campus. Temple is currently under investigation by the federal education department for handling of sexual assault cases. However they don’t want to strip Cosby of his due process.

The man convicted of killing a baby and her grandmother has been given the death sentence. Raghunandan Yandamuri never admitted the 2012 murder in a failed kidnapping plot in King of Prussia, but did say he felt sorry for the victims. Judge Steven T. O’Neill called the crime “one of the most brutal, heinous, cold-blooded crimes that could ever be imagined.” The case will now get an automatic appeal at the PA Supreme Court because it ended with a death sentence.
