Eric Frein Gets Terroristic Charges; Indian Crest Bomb Scare; Jewel Thieves Hit Philly Jeweler's Row

Eric Frein, responsible for murdering a Pennsylvania state trooper, has had terroristic charges added to his existing list of offenses. The state police say that Frein called the killing "an assassination" in an interview with authorities. Letters were found of Frein's claiming a revolution is necessary to regain liberties that have been lost. Prosecutorsn are seeking the death penalty for Eric Frein.

Indian Crest Junior High School, located in the suburbs of Philly near Souderton, PA, was evacuated yesterday due to a bomb threat. No material was found, but police reacted due to a suspicious message found on the bathroom walls. The school was searched for three hours before getting the all-clear. Students were sent home early

City police are on the search for four suspects responsible for a jewelry store heist on Jeweler's Row in Center City. The suspects broke a window and cut a security gate along with stealing valuable jewelry at Barsky Diamonds at 724 Sansom St. around 4 a.m. Thursday. Police claim the robbery was committed by two men and two women and continue to search. The incident was captured on surveillance video.
