New Video in Germantown Kidnapping; Haverford Coach DUI; South Philly Water Main Break

UPDATE. Woman found safe in Maryland, man arrested.

Philadelphia Northwest Division Detectives and the FBI have released new video in the investigation into the kidnapping of a 22-year-old Philadelphia woman on Sunday night from a street in Germantown. Carlesha Freeland-Gaither was grabbed on the 100 block of West Coulter Street and shoved into a dark grey 4-door car around 9:40 pm. The incident was caught on video. (SEE ALSO: Germantown Woman Abduction Video) The car is believed to be a 2000-2002 Ford Taurus with Maryland plates. On Monday morning at 6:01 a.m. her ATM card was used at a bank in Aberdeen, MD. Authorities have released a video of a person-of-interest inside a gas station mini-mart in Aberdeen minutes after that ATM usage. There is a $47,000 reward in this case. Some of it for information that leads to an arrest and conviction, and some just for an arrest. Anyone with information should contact Philadelphia FBI Violent Crimes Task Force at 215-418-4000.

Longtime Haverford High School football coach Joseph Gallagher was arrested over the weekend for a DUI hit-and-run accident on Sunday afternoon. It happened around 4 p.m. near Lincoln and Fourth avenue in Prospect Park, Delaware County. Delaware County District Attorney's office says that Gallagher was involved in a crash but fled the scene, later to be apprehended by officers from Ridley Township and Eddystone. Gallagher has been a coach for 23 years but will take a "leave of absence from the football team for personal reasons." He remains a full-time teacher. Former football coach Jack O'Donnell will take over in his absence.

A water main break in South Philly this afternoon flooded the streets and closed an intersection in Greys Ferry. It happened at 1:40 pm at 29th and Dickinson Streets. The water department found that a 16 inch water main had ruptured, spilling 800,000 gallons of water into the streets and cracking the pavement. Crews are working on repairs. They hope to have Dickinson Street reopened, but 28th Street will remain closed. Crews could be out there until at least midnight. No word on the amount of damage or how many people are without water.
