Philadelphia Police have arrested two homeless men in connection with several recent bike thefts in the city. The first thefts came on October 4th and 5th from a garage at 201 South 18th Street in Rittenhouse Square. They stole a total of 4 bicycles. On October 9th, Drexel Police received a call at 2 p.m. about a pair trying to steal bikes from a rack at 3301 Market Street in University City. When they arrived the two ran off on foot but were chased down. They have been identified as 30-year-old Robert Kradzinski (left) and 28-year-old John Starson (right). (pictured) Officers realized the duo resembled the suspects caught on surveillance stealing the bikes last weekend and detectives confirmed that. Kradzinski is also allegedly responsible for stealing a mountain bike from 3200 Chestnut Street on Wednesday. They will both be charged with multiple counts of bike theft and related offenses.

Barrett Township in Monroe County has cancelled its annual Halloween parade and 5K Scarecrow Run indefinitely and has banned trick-or-treating this year as the manhunt for state trooper killer Eric Frein continues in the area. This year's parade was scheduled for Oct. 26th and would have been the town's 50th anniversary parade. Town officials are acting out of caution and safety. There are hundreds of law enforcement officials searching the thick woods for the fugitive. Halloween activities could put children at risk or present Frein opportunities to escape using a costume. The town will reconsider if he is found.

Today, company and elected officials broke ground on a $50 million expansion project at the Dietz and Watson headquarters in Philadelphia's Tacony section. Last year, the company lost their major distribution center in New Jersey to a devastating fire. The 75-year-old family-run business took the opportunity to move all of their operations together in the same location. The new distribution center will be built on a 20 acre property next to it's current headquarters. Ruth Eni the daughter of the company's Founder , also known as “Momma Dietz”, was on hand. Company CEO Louis Eni, son of Ruth called it “The chance to have a true campus.  We are going to have our kitchens here, our distribution center, our transportation hub, and our corporate headquarters — all going to be located right here.” New Jersey offered a good deal to rebuild in Delanco, but D&W valued being able to run all their operations together. The project will add 158 new jobs and retain 691 jobs.
