The man hunt intensified this weekend for Eric Frein, the suspect in the ambush shooting of Pennsylvania State Police troopers last week. Authorities have been focusing their search efforts on wooded areas in Barrett and Price Townships in Monroe County near the suspect's home. The 'shelter in place' order that was in effect since Friday PM has been lifted, but police are urging residents to use extreme caution. Hundreds of police are in the area helping in the search along with tactical teams and helicopters. "Extreme precautionary measures" are being taken due to the violent nature of the crime. Early Friday evening police began to close roads in those townships cutting off some people returning home from work. Also, all residents (around 7,000) were told to shelter in place, lock their doors, and stay away from windows. There is a shelter set up at the Barrett Township Volunteer Fire Company for those not able to get home. CVS Pharmacy and Family Dollar as well as other businesses closed. Many of the homes in the Poconos are secondary/vacation homes and are not occupied year-round leaving the opportunity for hiding spots. Anyone with information or possible sightings of Eric Frein is urged to call the tipline at 866-326-7256.

Phillies' pitcher Jerome Williams earned his place in the records book today with the Phillies 3-0 win over the Oakland Athletics. Williams becomes the first major league pitcher to earns three wins against one team while playing for three different teams, all in one season. Today, Williams pitched 7 scoreless innings, giving up 4 hits, with 3 SO, and 1 BB. On April 26th, Williams pickup a win against the A's pitching out of the bullpen for the Houston Astros. He was released and signed with the Texas Rangers. On July 25th, he allowed one run over 6 innings to beat them again. The Phillies claimed the 32-year-old pitcher off of waivers, signing him on August 12th to fill Cliff Lee's rotation spot. It seems the right-hander has settled in here nicely so far compiling a 4-2 record. The bullpen closed out the shutout for the Phils today. Ken Giles took over the closer role for suspended Jonathan Papelbon. Giles recorded the first save of his career on his 24th birthday.

A Harrisburg lobbyist has been arrested for allegedly raping a woman in Center City. 40-year-old Andrew Marsico is a senior associate at Greenlee Partners, a large lobbying firm in Harrisburg. Police say the two went to Marisco's office next door at the Bellvue where there they were supposedly going to have a job interview. He is charged with indecent assault, aggravated assault, unlawful restraint, simple assault and other related offenses. Marisco is married to Action News reporter Annie McCormick. He is also the younger brother of Dauphin County District Attorney Ed Marsico Jr. and cousin of Ron Marsico, a Pennsylvania state representative.
