No Snitch Site Intimidates Witnesses, Reward Offered in 1993 Murder of Julie Barnyock

Philadelphia Police are investigating a website they believe intimidates witnesses to crimes. The anonymous Instagram account says it's there to "expose rats." Rats215 has posted photos, police statements and testimony of more than 30 witnesses on the photo sharing site since February. Police see it as mass intimidation and makes it more challenging to find people willing to testify.

Today, the 20th anniversary of the disappearance of 18 year old Julie Barnyock of Bucks County, a $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to killer. Barnyock was found dead, brutally beaten and naked from the waist down on December 2nd, 1993 in the weeds at SEPTA's Lansdale train yard. She was last seen alive heading to South Street to meet friends. Julie never arrived back at the Lansdale train station to meet her father.

Sports
