Police in Reading are searching for a suspect in a shocking crime last night after a worker at a corner store was doused with gasoline and set on fire. 32-year-old Joel Fontanez was working behind the counter at the Citi Sub & Grocery Store at 8pm when he was attacked. Firefighters responded to a call of a fire and found Fontanez in a gutter across the street. Investigators are looking for witnesses and the suspect. They do not know why he was attacked. The owner of the store said that there was never any trouble and he's never received any threats.

Police in Montgomery County are warning residents about a 'tax man' scam. A senior citizen reported the scam to police. He said that he's been receiving calls over the past two weeks from a man named Ron Davis claiming to be an IRS agent. The suspect told the victim that if he didn't pay $3,698 within 24 hours, local police would arrest him, take his passport and deport him. He was told to transfer the money to Greendot MoneyPak cards. The scared victim omplied with the demands and after paying the suspect was demanded more money. This time the suspect said he needed $2,580 for state and local taxes. It was then the victim realized it was a scam and reported the fraud. The matter is now under investigation.

Three more suspects have been arrested in connection to the Boston Marathon bombing on April 15th. The three men are all college friends of alleged bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Azamat Tazhayakov and Dias Kadyrbayev were charged with conspiring to obstruct justice. Robel Philipos was charged with making false statements, federal authorities said. After the bombings the three men went to Dzhokhar's dorm room and removed and disposed of evidence including a laptop and a backpack containing emptied out fireworks. There is no indication they knew of the planned bombing, just tried to help their friend and hinder the investigation afterword.
