Lumberton Police need the public's help in finding a missing 61-year-old woman. Angelina "Angel" Cocuzza disappeared from her home at the Lumberton Independent Living campus on Route 38 near Madison Avenue on Jan. 18. Family and police believe she may have intentions to harm herself. She is 5' 5" and weighs about 115 pounds. Police say Cocuzza suffers from depression as well as other medical conditions that put her in trouble. Cocuzza does not own a car or a cell phone and is not believed to be able to travel very far without assistance. She also may have cut her hair very short. If you have information about Cocuzza please call Lumberton Township Police at (609) 267-8300 or the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit at (609) 265-7113.

Wilmington Police Officer Justin Wilkers was released from Christiana Hospital on Saturday afternoon a week after he was shot in the face while on duty. Fellow officers lined up outside the hospital as he was leaving to recover at home. Wilkers was shot last weekend after a traffic stop and an ensuing car chase. The 34-year-old officer and 3 year veteran of the force was shot by one of three suspects in the offending SUV as he was approaching the vehicle when it finally stopped. Wilkers underwent surgery on Tuesday. The three men, Jared Wiggins, 20, and Ronald Boyce, 21, and Fredrick Gray, 21, have all been caught and charged. Police still do not know which of them was the shooter but they do believe that Wiggins was the driver.

Philadelphia and South Jersey escaped the brunt of the nor'easter and blizzard that dumped up to three feet of snow in New England. Most of our area received just a few inches or more, but it was enough to have to shovel, slow down, or just head out and sled. Philadelphia International Airport is getting back on track after a few hundred flights were canceled Friday night, especially those headed north. Amtrak service is still canceled between New York and Boston until Sunday. SEPTA was running without any problems Saturday. PennDOT is still out along the roads dealing with drifting snow. They are also keeping an eye on refreeze from the melting that happened in this afternoon's sun. They advise to watchful for black ice.
