Missing Radnor Girl Found, More Paulsboro Evacuations, New Philly Tow Truck Law

Police say they have located a 13-year-old girl from Radnor who went missing after reportedly meeting up with a man she met online. Savanna Marie MacMullet was found at a bus station in Washington D.C. with Ashley Ryan Hareford, a 20-year-old man from Virginia. MacMullett's family claims she created a secret Facebook page. Officals stress parents should note the warning signs.

More New Jersey residents were ordered Tuesday to leave their homes because of air contamination from the train derailment last week that leaked a hazardous gas. The evacuation order added 100 more homes to the area of Paulsboro where people were not being allowed to stay, increasing the number of evacuated residences to more than 200. The evacuation is expected to last until Sunday and schools in Paulsboro are to remain closed until next week.

City officials have a new approach to rein in rogue tow truck operators who haul away cars that are parked perfectly legally. The tow truck operator would need to take a photograph showing the vehicle parked illegally on or off the street in order to tow it.
The photo would serve as proof that the vehicle deserved to be towed if the owner disputes it. The measure, which has the support of the Philadelphia Police Department, now goes to the full council for a final vote.
