| Missing 12 Year Old NJ Girl, High School Sex Tape Suspension, Gun Owner Identities Published |

Police are searching for a 12 year old South Jersey girl who has been missing since Saturday. Autumn Pasquale was last seen riding her white Odyssey BMX bicycle about 12:30 Saturday afternoon near her home on West High Street in Clayton, NJ. Gloucester County Police are pursuing all leads and tracking her last cell phone signal in Williamstown before it went off. Bloodhounds searched the woods near Scotland Run Park where she may have been seen. Hundreds of friends, family, and law enforcement from the area have been searching for the past two days for Autumn and handing out fliers. Gloucester County's Procecuter's office has coordinated a Child Abduction Response Team. As of Monday morning, the FBI has now joined the search effort and more law enforcement personnel is being called in to help.
UPDATE 10/22 2 pm: They have conducted over 75 interviews with friends, relatives, and anyone who may have seen Autumn. Authorities have also canvased registered sex offenders in the surrounding areas. They've begun looking through available surveillance footage from the town's residences and businesses. They do not have any current leads or persons of interest, but will continue to turn over every stone. Just announced at press conference, a $10000 reward is now being offered for information that leads to finding Autumn.
UPDATE 10/22 11 pm: No more information or leads in the disappearance of Autumn. The community gathered tonight for a candle light vigil.
UPDATE 10/23 8 am: A body of a girl has been found and confirmed to be Autumn Pasquale. She was found last night at 10 pm in a recycling container on E. Clayton Street about a half mile from her home. FBI and State police are investigating the scene. There are currently no persons of interests. This is now a criminal investigation.
UPDATE 10/23 4 pm: ** BREAKING!! Arrests have been made in the homicide of Autumn Pasquale. Two teenage brothers, 15 and 17, have been arrested and charged with 1st degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, disposing of the body, tampering with evidence, and theft. The younger brother is also charged with luring. The Gloucester County Coroner determined that Autumn died because of injuries w/ blunt force trauma consistent with strangulation. There were no signs of sexual assault. After seeing signs posted their mother contacted police because of postings on their Facebook account. They executed a search warrant on their house and found Autumns belongings in their house including her bicycle. As of this point in the investigation they are being treated as minors and their names will not be released.

Autumn, 12, is described as a white female, standing 5-foot-2 and weighing 120 pounds with blue eyes and blonde hair in either a pony tail or bun. She was last seen wearing navy blue shorts underneath navy blue sweatpants, a yellow t-shirt with the words “Clayton Soccer†on front, bright blue high-top sneakers and a silver or light Grey Cinch backpack with the word “Reckless†printed across the back.

A Pennsylvania high school student was suspended for having sex with his girlfriend on a school trip and now is suing the school. The 16 year old Schuylkill Valley School District student was secretly videoed by a classmate while having sex with his girlfriend on a school trip to Spain. After the tape emerged, the school suspended him, which he claims was in appropriate because the contact was not on school property.
City gun owners who purchased their weapons legally are livid about a list published by Philadelphia's L&I. The list, showing names and addresses by gun permit applicants run through Licenses and Inspections were published on the Philly Post, L&I's web app and the high traffic site for the Drudge Report. L&I has removed the names and addresses from its site, however law suit may be coming for damage done.
