Jay-Z's Made in America Festival 2013 Concert Details, Set Times, and Lineup |

Jay Z's Budweiser Made in America Festival will be back in Philadelphia for it's second year this Labor Day Weekend. City officials have announced details ahead of the show that will take place on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway near the Art Museum. Performance will start at 2pm both Saturday and Sunday, gates will open at noon. The main entrance will be at 22nd Street, other entrances are at 23rd and Pennsylvania Ave and MLK Drive and Eakins Oval.

Additional security measures have been put into place. This is a ticketed event. Expect patdowns and searches upon entry, and be prepared for searches "at the discretion of Festival security staff†once inside. Re-entry is not permitted. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, IDs, credit/debit cards and or cash. You are only allowed one backpack or bag and one sealed, plastic water bottle per person. Blankets, towels, small unbrellas, empty plastic bottles/hydration packs are also allowed.
You cannot bring: Chairs, glass containers, coolers, skateboards/scooters, professional cameras, external food and drinks (besides water), fireworks/explosives, illegal substances, and/or weapons. Pets, except trained service animals, are not allowed. You are also not permitted to bring flyers, posters, stickers, glowsticks, laser pointers, or any items that would obstruct views, with the city citing examples like "flag poles" and "kites," into the venue.
Roads will begin to be closed around the immediate area starting Thursday and should be avoided until Tuesday after the concert cleanup. This includes the Parkway to 20th and the immediate roads around the Art Museum.

Weather
Both Saturday and Sunday will be partly sunny with a high of around 85. A chance of a late afternoon thunderstorm exists on both days, so bring a poncho!
