Philadelphia City Council unanimously passed a resolution on Thursday, 11/12, officially apologizing for the first time for the MOVE bombing in West Philadelphia at 6221 Osage Ave. The City of Philadelphia dropped a bomb on the roof of the home occupied by MOVE members during a confrontation with police on May 13, 1985. The Montgomery County District Attorney's office announced the arrest of a Philadelphia man for purchasing and trafficking guns in Southeastern Pennsylvania. 21-year-old Daniel Lucas is charged with multiple felony counts of corrupt organizations, dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, unlawful transfer of a firearm, and other related offenses. The Philadelphia School District announced on Tuesday, 11/10, that schools will remain 100% virtual until further notice. Cases of coronavirus COVID-19 have been sharply rising in the city and state. The Philadelphia 76ers announced the full coaching staff. Dave Joerger, Sam Cassell and Dan Burke are assistant coaches to Doc Rivers. Popeye Jones, Eric Hughes and Brian Adams will also be assistants on the coaching staff. Pete Dominguez will be a coaching associate. Todor Pandov was named assistant coach/performance director.

Boot and Saddle, the indie rock venue on Broad Street in South Philadelphia, became the first major casualty of coronavirus COVID-19 to Philadelphia's music scene on Tuesday, 11/10, as it announced that it will close permanently. The Philadelphia Department of Public Health recommended on Monday, 11/9, that anyone that has been around a large crowd of people recently should quarantine for 14 days. That would include residents who took part in post-election protests and/or celebrations, whether they were wearing a mask or not.

That puts him over 270 votes needed to win the Electoral College and become the 46th President of the United States.
