Three teenagers are now in custody in connection to random group assault in a Northeast Philadelphia supermarket earlier this week.17-year-old Kevin Tavarez, 18-year-old Tomas Eanes and 17-year-old Jose Ruiz are facing a litany of charges including assault, robbery, and conspiracy. Three teachers, the Principal and Vice Principal of Triton High School in Runnemede New Jersey have turned themselves into police for having improper sexual relationships with students. Investigators say the three teachers had sex with students and the administrators attempted to cover it up. The incidents with two 17 year old and one 18 year old female student started last November.

An American Airlines flight from Philadelphia to Miami was delayed almost two hours due to a mechanical issue with the pilot’s seat, airline officials said Thursday. On Thursday, American Airlines cancelled 50 flights scheduled for Thursday and 44 flights scheduled for Friday due to similar issues on Boeing 757s. A high school sophomore in Philadelphia was ridiculed by her teacher for wearing a pink Mitt Romney for President t-shirt. Samantha Pawlucy says her geometry teacher at Charles Carroll High School in Port Richmond publicly humiliated her inside and outside the classroom in the hallway and was told to change the shirt because Carroll is a Democrat school. A double shooting in the city's Brewerytown neighborhood Wednesday night is under investigation. Police say a 24 year old man was shot in the lower back and taken to Hahnemann University Hospital where he is listed in stable condition. The second victim, and 18 year old man, was taken to Temple University Hospital after being shot in the buttocks, also listed in stable condition. No arrests have been made at this time.

The District Attorney's office said today that they will drop charges against Aida Guzman, the woman punched by Philadelphia Lt. Jonathan Josey last weekend. Guzman, 39, was cited for disorderly conduct after police thought she threw some kind of liquid at them during a street celebration following the Puerto Rican Day parade.
