#Willpower is the fourth studio album by Will.i.am. Will.i.am is an American hip hop artist and record producer noted for being a founding member of the Black Eyed Peas. His album will be released on April 23, 2013. Artists that are featured in the new album are: Britney Spears, Justin Beiber, Eva Simons, Chris Brown, Juicy J, Dante Santiago, Miley Cyrus, Skylar Grey, Nicole Scherzinger, Baby Kaely and Lil Wayne.

Sugar House Casino is hoping to expand. Philadelphia's Casino has submitted a plan to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board calling for a shorter parking garage, more food and beverage outlets, a larger promenade and a new bike trail. | Three teenagers were shot this afternoon near Overbrook High School at Tustin Playground at 59th Street and Lancaster Avenue. The incident happened at around 3:45 pm on Thursday. On Wednesday, hundreds gathered to pay their respects to fallen Philadelphia Fire Captain Michael Goodwin, at the first of two viewings held in Northeast Philadelphia. Last night, a 14-year old teenage girl fell from the eighth floor of her apartment complex in King of Prussia, PA. Shortly after the incident, she was taken by the Lafayette Ambulance Squad to Mercy Suburban Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
According to the Upper Merion, Montgomery County police and King of Prussia Fire Company, the girl climbed outside and accidently fell and it was not intentional. Her body was found on the parking garage of the building.
