Philadelphia 76ers coach Doug Collins will not return for another season. He still has one year left on his contract worth $6 million. The Sixers are 33-47 and finish the season with two more games in Detroit tonight and Wednesday in Indiana.

Kevin Hart was stopped for driving under the influence at 4:30 a.m. PDT Sunday in his black Mercedes. The California Highway Patrol saw him driving very frantically, over 90 mph, and almost collided with a tanker truck on the 101 Freeway in Los Angeles. Hart was arrested for a misdemeanor DUI after failing a field sobriety test and was held on $5,000 bond.

Multiple reports say 76ers head coach Doug Collins will resign at the end of the season. He has told the ownership the he has decided not to return to the sidelines for the final year of his four year contract. Collins informed owner Josh Harris of his decision in recent days. If he coached the final year of his contract, the 6ers would have paid $4.5 million. Philadelphia's SWAT team converged on a man allegedly barricaded inside his home Sunday. After a road rage incident at 13th and Wallace where shots were exchanged with a private security guard, the man fled to a home on the 800 block of Reno Street pursued by the guard. Firefighters in Darby, Delaware County spent Saturday morning battling a 3-alarm blaze at a grocery store. The fire broke out at around 6 a.m. at the Liberia Waterside Market on the 800 block of Main Street. Heavy smoke and flames billowed from the market and several walls collapsed inside.
