Its the tenth day of deliberations for the jury in the trial of abortion Dr. Kermit Gosnell. The jury is reviewing evidence and testimony presented by the prosecution piece by piece. Gosnell did not testify in the trial, but the defense claims the babies were not born alive. Gosnell faces 5 counts of murder.

Gerald "Skip" Tyrone Murphy, a registered sex offender who barricaded himself for days in a South Trenton home with his girlfriend's three children, was shot to death Sunday as police rescued the captives and recovered the bodies of their mother and another sibling. An officer shot Murphy because he was threatening one of the children. Murphy was taken to a hospital and later died of his injuries.

The Knights of Columbus Convention is coming to the Wildwoods Convention Center on May 16th,2013. The weekend consists of annual meetings for the New Jersey State Council of the Knights of Columbus. The Business sessions for the members will be held on Friday, May 17th from 12pm - 4pm and Saturday, May 18th from 9am - 4pm.

This weekend was filled with classic cars that were displayed on the Wildwood Boardwalk on Friday and Saturday from 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. The models that were shown were from 2003 and older. Each year, they have the ‘Boardwalk Top 40.’ This year’s winners were announced tonight at 5 p.m.
In addition, after the ceremony there will be a drive-in movie featured at Fox Park at sun down.

A hostage standoff in Trenton, NJ has gone over 24 hours. Two people are dead inside the home on the 200 block of Grand Street and multiple children are being held hostage inside. It continues as of 8:00 pm Saturday.
UPDATE: Officers stormed the house at 3:45 a.m. on Sunday. The man was shot to death. Three children were rescued and two bodies were recovered.
