This Sunday, join iRadioPhilly for Haverford Spring Fest on Brookline Boulevard in Havertown. The weather will be perfect, and from noon till 7pm, enjoy an afternoon of live music, artisans, and a Fun Zone for the kids. Old City Night Market, Philly Flooding Expected, Haverford Springfest this Sunday

Food trucks, restaurants and vendors took over Old City Philadelphia on Thursday night as part of their Night Market program. The thousands that packed streets were treated to a live music performance, a photo booth as well as a ticket raffle, crab cakes, sweet potato fries, corn on the cob and an assortment of chicken dishes. Woman Was Buried Alive, Two Charged; Trenton's Mack Sentenced; Hatboro Ricin Case to Trial

Two men have been charged with the death of 41-year-old Camden mother Fatima Perez. 36-year-old Carlos Alicea-Antonetti of Camden and 57-year-old Ramon Ortiz of Pennsauken have been charged with murder. Perez was last seen by family members on Monday morning leaving her house. She left with approximately $8,000 in cash to purchase a motor vehicle and was in the company of Alicea-Antonetti. Police Arrest Washington Square Shooter, Dog Rescued from Mud Bog, Jill Biden Speaks at Villanova

Philadelphia police have made an arrest in the Washington Square shooting May 10th. Ali Shaffiat was picked up and charged with aggravated assault for allegedly firing shots from his car at another vehicle driven by a 28 year old female while driving on Broad Street near Lombard. The two women and 4 month old niece in the car struck by bullets were not injured.

The Coatesville Area School District is opening up about its response to the discovery of heroin at Caln Elementary School. The investigation found failures by school administrators and staff. The incident involved a first grader who was found with heroin at Caln Elementary School. Man Sentenced 935 Years in Prison; SEPTA Train Operator Assaulted; Christie Thinking of Running 2016

A Lower Makefield, Bucks County, man was sentenced Tuesday to 935- to 1,870-years in prison for sexually abusing a girl over 4 years and video taping nearly every assault. Judge Albert Cepparulo wanted the sentence of 81-year-old Thomas Holliday to serve as a warning to other child predators. Holliday was convicted in January of 234 counts including creating and possessing child pornography. Holliday is a retired composer who began to abuse the girl in 2009 when she was 14 years old. Drunk Passenger Forces Flight Return, Preparations for Pope Francis, Seat Belt Law Enforcement

An overnight flight from Philadelphia to London had to return to Philly because of a drunk, unruly passenger. The US Airways flight took off about 10:20 last night and about an hour into the flight decided to return when a passenger, apparently very drunk, was accosting and groping women on the flight. He was arrested in Philly and the flight took off again without him.
