| Decontamination crews were on hand in Hatboro, Montgomery County Tuesday to clean the apartment of a man accused of sending the deadly poison ricin to a romantic rival. Another black bear is making its way through New Jersey. Several sightings have been reported as it has moved from Camden County through five towns into Burlington County. Residents there want it captured and relocated but the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection says the bear is acting normal, not aggressive and they are not going to go out and get the bear "just for being a bear."

Actor and comedian Tracy Morgan continues to show signs of improvement following a deadly six-vehicle accident on the New Jersey Turnpike. Tracy has been upgraded to fair condition. Morgan, a former 'Saturday Night Live' and '30 Rock' star, was returning from a show at The Rollins Center at Dover Downs in Delaware at the time of the accident. | A Burlington County man is under arrest and has been charged with killing his own mother. 44-year-old Herbert Rowlette is accused of killing his 71-year-old mother Maryanne Rowlette on Sunday, Father's Day.
