Strong storms are moved across the region Tuesday night, leaving many customers without power. PECO reported a total of about 204,000 outages in the region. Delmarva reported about 21,000 outages, PSEG reported 17,700 and AC Electric had about 13,400 outages.

The city has announced it will review the Welcome America 4th of July concert on the Parkway focusing on the foul language used by several of the performers. The language made it uncomfortable for parents who brought children expecting a family friendly show. The televised concert featured Nicki Ninaj (pictured), The Roots, Ed Sheeran and others. | Several houses in Philadelphia's Cobbs Creek neighborhood have collapsed today. It happened just before 12 noon near 60th and Spruce Streets. The roofs of two homes collapsed, crushing the second floors and weighing down on the first buckling the porches out over the front steps. Neighboring homes also sustained damage. Smoke detectors had been installed last year in the Southwest Philadelphia row home on Gesner Street that burned last week killing four young children. The fast moving blaze damaged at least 10 residences. Investigators are still trying to determine the cause. One witness claimed he saw a couch on a porch on fire and saw the flames spread to other homes. Donations of clothing and supplies for the displaced families are being accepted at Christ International Baptist Church.

| A Felton man has been arrested after police say he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend then ran into the woods, leading officers on a nearly four hour long search.
