Police say a man has died after he was shot twice in the head in South Philadelphia Wednesday night at the 500 block of Watkins Street. The victim, between the age of 18 and 20, was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where he was pronounced dead. An investigation is underway.

Overturned tractor trailers made a mess for morning commuters around Philadelphia today. The first overturned Southbound on I-95 at Bridge Street blocking 3 lanes and stopping traffic in both directions. On the Northeast Extension of the PA Turnpike, another tractor trailer overturned on 476 South between Quakertown and Lansdale backing up traffic for miles.
