Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Seamus McCaffery was suspended yesterday after it was discovered that he sent pornographic emails to his coworkers. The court ordered Monday that McCaffery be suspended on an interim basis with pay. The order also read that Pennsylvania's Judicial Conduct board must decide whether or not to file formal charges against the justice within 30 days.

Police are searching for two gunmen who carried out a home invasion near the Temple University campus. It happened Sunday night on the 1900 block of North 18th Street in North Philadelphia.
