Philadelphia Police have arrested and charged a man in the assault of a women in a Center City SEPTA station on Monday afternoon. 26-year-old Reginald Green is charged with Attempted Rape, Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Unlawful Restraint, False Imprisonment, Aggravated Indecent Assault, Simple Assault, and Indecent Assault. Nearly half a billion dollars is up for grabs tonight in the Powerball drawing. It's the fifth largest lottery jackpot in U.S. history. The Powerball jackpot stands at $485 million dollars. Lottery officials say booming sales meant raising the big prize from $450 million dollars yesterday. Pennsylvania lottery officials say tickets were selling at a rate of about 2,300 tickets per minute yesterday. 9:59 tonight is the deadline for the 11pm drawing.

A water main break closed the Roosevelt Boulevard this morning at the peak of morning rush hour. The rush of water flooded Roosevelt Boulevard with deep water forcing authorities to close the Boulevard from Red Lion Road to Grant Avenue. Making matters worse, the temperature hovered around 29 degrees, creating an icing problem.

A flight from Philadelphia to Houston had to make an emergency landing when its landing gear didn't deploy. The fight left Philadelphia International Airport a little after 6 p.m. Monday. It arrived at Houston's George Bush International Houston at about 10 p.m. The flight landed safely, but without its nose landing gear. Police in South Jersey believe three suspects (2 women, 1 man) set a fire inside a Burlington County Walmart. It happened at 11:30 a.m. on February 1st at the Walmart on Route 70 in Evesham Township. They took a took a “Fire-Puck†starting brick from a shelf. They then used it to start a fire on the floor of an aisle containing 'highly-combustible products.' The trio then left the store. Philadelphia Police say a shot was fired during a robbery at a Dunkin' Donuts in Olney earlier Monday morning. It happened around 6:30 a.m. at the store at 5th Street and West Somerville Avenue. Police say a man fled with an undetermined amount of cash after firing a shot inside of the store. No one was injured during the robbery.

An 18-year-old Millersville University freshman from Chadds Ford was found dead in her dorm room Sunday. Karlie Hall was reportedly found badly beaten and her boyfriend has been arrested. There were reports of a physical altercation before she was found unresponsive about 5 a.m. The boyfriend, 19 year old Gregorio Orrostieta, of Kennett Square, was not a student at the school. He was ordered held on $1.5 million bail late Sunday.
