UPDATE: 3-year-old Elinor Trotta and her father have been found safe in Massachusetts Tuesday afternoon.
An Amber Alert was issued last night for a 3 year old girl believed to be abducted by her 39 year old father. Police in New Jersey and Delaware issued the Amber Alert after a woman in New Castle reported her daughter was taken by her ex-boyfriend, the father of the girl, Michael Trotta after assaulting the woman. Ten years ago today, on February 24, 2005, Philadelphia's alternative radio station Y100 (WPLY FM) was taken off the air by its owner. On that same day, Y100 program director Jim McGuinn and promotions director Josh T. Landow launched the website Y100Rocks.com as a petition to bring the station back to the airwaves and as an online streaming radio station. On Monday, the State Attorney's Office in Florida released a statement clearing Eagles safety Nate Allen of any wrongdoing in connection to a charge of indecent exposure following an incident that occurred in Fort Myers on February 16th. A tanker truck carrying over 8,000 gallons of gasoline turned over and exploded in Pennsauken, NJ this morning. It happened at 11:00 am on the off-ramp from Route 90 to Route 130 near the Betsy Ross Bridge. The truck driver was able to escape before the truck exploded into flames. A video purported to be from Somalia's al-Qaida-linked rebel group al-Shabab urged Muslims to attack shopping malls in the U.S., Canada, Britain and other Western countries. The threat came in an hourlong video released Saturday. The masked narrator concluded by calling on Muslims to attack shopping malls, specifically naming the Mall of America in the Minneapolis suburb of Bloomington, as well as the West Edmonton Mall in Canada and the Westfield mall in Stratford, England.

A police standoff is underway at a gun shop in Tullytown, Bucks County. It all started around 2 a.m. Monday when police got a call for a burglar alarm from Mike's Gun Shop along Levittown Parkway. An 8-inch water main broke shortly after 9 a.m. Saturday morning forcing residents of a dozen homes to leave their houses. It happened on the 3000 block of Tulip Street in Port Richmond.
