The third suspect accused in the murder of a man walking his dog in Overbrook last Thursday night turned himself in overnight. Two 15 year olds in custody include the alleged shooter, Tyfine Hamilton and Brandon Smith. They will be charged with murder and other offenses. The third suspect, a 14 year old male is expected to face lesser charges for his role in the shooting.

A second suspect sought in the shooting death of a man in the Overbrook neighborhood of Philadelphia last week has surrendered. 15-year-old Tyfine Hamilton turned himself into Philadelphia Police around 2:30 a.m. Friday. His family says Tyfine was off his medication at the time of the shooting and needs help. Police say Hamilton was the triggerman in the fatal shooting.

Crews cleared the scene this morning after a fruit truck overturned at the base of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge on Wednesday night. The tractor-trailer filled with fruit crashed at about 8:30 last night in the westbound lanes of I-676 at the Ben Franklin Bridge and jammed up commuters all morning.

Cleanup continues Thursday morning after a tractor trailer overturned on the I-676 ramp in Philadelphia's Old City neighborhood. The accident was reported Wednesday night at the I-676 westbound ramp near the base of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. One person has been taken to Hahnemann University Hospital with minor injuries. The body of a missing Mount Laurel woman was found in the woods in a rural part of Maryland on Tuesday. 26-year-old Erica Crippen went missing on New Year's Eve and her husband, 28-year-old Kyle Crosby, had been charged with her murder back in mid-January. Thirty-five year old Akram Freikha, left his home on Moore Street in South Philadelphia to take his five year old daughter, Evelina to school.
