The man convicted of killing off-duty Philadelphia police officer Moses Walker Jr. in 2012 during a robbery was sentenced today in court. Rafael Jones was found guilty of first-degree murder by Judge Jeffrey Minehart in a non-jury trial. His accomplice, Chancier McFarland, previously pled guilty. A Lower Merion Township man has pleaded guilty in what investigators call one of the largest invasion of privacy cases they've seen. 38 year old Sean Moses of Narberth secretly recorded women and girls in department store fitting rooms, at the beach and through apartment windows. It was a special deal Tuesday for all of the folks curious about Philadelphia's Bike Share program, which rolled out in late April. On the first Tuesday of every month, through 10 p.m., new riders can walk up to those Indego blue racks, snag a bike, and try it out for $1 for 30-minutes. Steve McCurry is a world-renowned photographer based in Chester County most notable for his picture of the "Afghan Girl" on the cover of the June 1985 National Geographic. Roads remain flooded around the Philadelphia area after Monday's cloudbursts set rain records for the first day of June. The National Weather Service says 1.96 inches of rain fell on Monday at Philadelphia International Airport, breaking an 1881 record of 1.58 inches.
