Dylann Storm Roof, the alleged gunman who killed nine people during a shooting spree at Charleston church could get the death penalty. 21 year old Dylann Roof will face a judge today at 2 p.m. for a bond hearing in South Carolina. | Some 1,000 substitute teachers in Philadelphia just lost their jobs with the school district. The School Reform Commission voted unanimously to outsource the jobs to a New Jersey company. A $34 million contract was awarded to Source4Teachers of Cherry Hill.
