New Jersey Governor Chis Christie got knocked down to the undercard for the next presidential debate. Christie fell short of the support needed in national polls to qualify. The threshold set by Fox Business Network required candidates to average at least 2.5 percent support among likely Republican voters. | Thousands of drivers are scoffing at the PA turnpike tolls and they're getting away with it, sliding through the EZPass lane with no EZPass showing and the red light still shining. Philadelphia Police are investigating after the body of a girl was recovered from the Delaware River this morning. Police were called to Delaware and Linden Avenues in the Torresdale section of Northeast Philadelphia around 11:15 a.m. The Philadelphia Police Marine Unit found an unresponsive Hispanic girl on the river bank near the Linden Avenue boat ramp. The body of the juvenile was taken to the medical examiner's office for identification. The investigation continues.

There was a close call with a freight train in Bridgeport overnight. Montgomery County officials are investigating what caused a car to become stuck on the tracks before being struck by a freight train. The female driver of the car was able to escape before the impact and was not hurt. The woman's car became stuck on the tracks near 2nd and Depot in Bridgeport just before 1:00 a.m. Wednesday morning. No one on-board the Norfolk Southern freight train was injured.
