| The lineup for this year's 9th Annual Roots Picnic has been announced. It's going to be held on Saturday, June 4th at Festival Pier in Philadelphia. | Camden County police say they are searching for a missing brother and sister, ages 1 and 3. They believe the children were taken by their mother. Javaughn Ossario and Kenya Ossario were reported missing Monday night. | Bill Cosby is scheduled to be in a Montgomery County courtroom today to argue sex assault charges against him should be dropped. Attorneys for the 78-year-old comedian claim the charges are based on a deposition from a civil trial in 2005, which they say is protected by a so-called "non-prosecution agreement" with then-District Attorney Bruce Castor. Crews were called to the Spring Garden neighborhood of Philadelphia Sunday evening after a sinkhole developed. The sinkhole formed on the 1600 block of North Street. There was a water main break on the block earlier in the week. The Water Department is working to repair the hole. A postal truck got stuck in the hole earlier in the evening. The Water Department says people on the block will be without water until at least Monday morning.
