Bill Cosby made an appearance in Montgomery County court today as his lawyers attempt to have the case against him thrown out. They called former Montgomery County District Attorney Bruce Castor to the stand to testify. The lineup for this year's 9th Annual Roots Picnic has been announced. It's going to be held on Saturday, June 4th at Festival Pier in Philadelphia. The lineup was 'announced' in a video by Broad City co-creators Ilana Glazer and Abbi Jacobson which you can watch below. Headliners include Usher (backed by The Roots), Future, and Leon Bridges. Camden County police say they are searching for a missing brother and sister, ages 1 and 3. They believe the children were taken by their mother. Javaughn Ossario and Kenya Ossario were reported missing Monday night. Bill Cosby is scheduled to be in a Montgomery County courtroom today to argue sex assault charges against him should be dropped. Attorneys for the 78-year-old comedian claim the charges are based on a deposition from a civil trial in 2005, which they say is protected by a so-called "non-prosecution agreement" with then-District Attorney Bruce Castor. Caitlyn Jenner will be on campus at the University of Pennsylvania later this month for a conversation with author and Penn alumnus Buzz Bissinger. Crews were called to the Spring Garden neighborhood of Philadelphia Sunday evening after a sinkhole developed. The sinkhole formed on the 1600 block of North Street. There was a water main break on the block earlier in the week. The Water Department is working to repair the hole. A postal truck got stuck in the hole earlier in the evening. The Water Department says people on the block will be without water until at least Monday morning.
