Hillary Clinton was in the Philadelphia area today making a campaign stop in Haverford Township, Delaware County. The family town hall style event was held at the Haverford Community Recreation and Environmental Center (CREC) in front of a small crowd of only a few hundred. Police have now arrested two Washington Township teens in relation to the clown threats that were targeting Washington Township schools in New Jersey. The suspects have been identified as a 13-year-old girl, and a 14-year-old boy both from Washington Township. SEPTA's regional rail resumed its regular schedule Monday for all Philadelphia area commuters. The schedule is back on track after three months of running a modified schedule due to more than a third of the rail cars being taken off because of suspension system defects. SEPTA stated that more than 50 of the 120 rail cars that were getting repaired are now back in commission. The schedule change will bring 200 more trips to the 13 regional rail lines.

Philadelphia Police say that a 13-year-old girl was behind the 'scary clown' threats to local high schools posted on social media over the weekend. Investigators say that the teen and a friend did it as a prank and never intended to harm anyone. One man has been charged and Philadelphia Police are looking for four other suspects in a brutal 5-on-1 attack at Geno's Steaks back in June. 24-year-old Alberto Lopez turned himself into police on September 14th. He was charged with aggravated assault, conspiracy, recklessly endangering another person and related offenses. He was released on 10% of $50,000 bail. Police have identified the man who was struck and killed by a car in Gloucester County on Sunday morning. 27-year-old Jacob Dromgoole stepped out of his vehicle onto the westbound lane of Mullica Hill Drive, and was then struck by a driver in a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. Emergency crews rushed to the scene, as well as a nurse who was near the accident when it happened, but they were unable to revive Dromgoole, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The musicians of the Philadelphia Orchestra went on strike Friday night just as the 7pm Opening Night black-tie gala fundraiser concert was supposed to start. The members of the American Federation of Musicians Local 77, which includes 96 musicians and 2 librarians, voted to walk out.
