An 11-month-old baby has now died from the injuries it sustained in a house fire last week. The fire happened on the 300 block of East Sheldon street in the Olney section of Philadelphia. Crews arrived on the scene last week to find heavy fire coming from the upper level the two-story home. Firefighters say it only took about 10 minutes to put out the fire, but shortly after they found the 11-month-old, as well as a 6-year-old hiding in the house. SEPTA and TWU Local 234 announced early this morning that they have reached a tentative agreement to end the strike. The announcement came at 5:30 a.m. Monday. Officials said SEPTA service would be restored in phases during the day on Monday. Subways were running by 9 a.m., trolleys were up by mid morning. A 39-year-old Delaware woman is now in critical condition after she was injured at an outdoor contest on Sunday. The incident occurred in Bridgeville about 30 miles south of Dover, at an annual Punkin Chunkin contest, in which contestants build homemade cannon-like contraptions to launch pumpkins.
