Police are now investigating after a man was shot and killed in the Tioga-Nicetown section of Philadelphia. Police say the incident happened at around 3:00 pm Friday, on the 3800 block of North 18th Street. Police arrived on the scene to find a 34-year-old man with gun shot wounds to his chest and chin, the man died on the scene. The identity of the victim has not yet been released.
