A Philadelphia man has been arrested and charged with the murder of a Fox Chase woman in her home last week. 30-year-old Arthur L. Caesar of Somerton is charged with murder, robbery, tampering with evidence, and other offenses. 35-year-old Jill Millman was discovered on Wednesday, 11/6, by her mother. She had been stabbed multiple times in a second-floor bathroom of her home on the 800 block of Bergen Street. Caesar is being held without bail.

| A 14-year-old girl is in police custody in connection to the murder of a 60-year-old man in Philadelphia's Rhawnhurst neighborhood early Monday morning, 10/4. No charges have been filed yet. Al Chernoff was discovered dead in his bedroom around 3 a.m. on the 8000 block of Algon Avenue. He was tied to the bed and had a large wound to his head with slashes on his chest. Doylestown Police responded to reports of a shooting in the Belmont Square neighborhood late Thursday afternoon, 11/7. It happened near the intersection of Court Street and East Streets. An active shooter was found barricaded inside a house and firing shots. A special response team and SWAT were called to the situation.
