| The City of Philadelphia has issued the closure of the homeless encampment located near 22nd and Benjamin Franklin Parkway. The camp must be closed and cleaned out by next Friday, July 17. The camp first appeared last month as a protest over low income housing and homeless services. They were also protesting police brutality and other BLM causes. | The National Weather Service has issued Tropical Storm Warnings for the New Jersey coast and Flood Watches inland starting early Friday morning and lasting until Friday night. Tropical Storm Fay has developed off the coast of North Carolina and is moving slowly north. Forecasters are calling for winds between 35-45 mph with gusts over 50 mph.
