Two brothers have surrendered to authorities in connection to the deadly beating of an elderly man by a group of teenagers last month in North Philadelphia. The incident was caught on surveillance video which was released yesterday, 7/10. The brothers, ages 10 and 14, are part of a group of seven suspects. It happened around 2:30 a.m. June 24 on the 2100 block of Cecil B. He was struck several times with a traffic cone and other objects. Lambert was taken to Temple University Hospital where he died the next day from head injuries. Police are looking for four boys and three girls. There is a $20,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction. No charges have been filed yet.

You did not deserve to go through this. I am so sorry," he said, later adding "If I could go back in time and change everything, I would." A father of one of the women said in a statement, "This man is the embodiment of evil," he wrote. "May God forgive me, but I have no room in my heart for forgiveness or mercy. May he burn in hell."
