Philadelphia Folksong Society Announces Cabin Fever Fest, Feb. 20-21, 2021. Virtual Music Festival

The Philadelphia Folksong Society has announced the Cabin Fever Fest, an all digital music festival, scheduled for February 20 and 21, 2021. This festival marks 6 months to the 60th annual Philadelphia Folk Festival happening next August. This past summer, PFS pivoted the 59th Fest to a new digital platform that allowed fans to experience all aspects of the yearly festival safely and virtually from home. They will use the same platform to present the Cabin Fever Fest this winter. It is being billed as "two days of music, workshops, and community." The fest will feature international headliners and local talent. There is also "an emphasis on music workshops and performance opportunities to digitally bring us closer together during these difficult winter months of isolation."

The schedule of events and lineup of artists will be released after the new year, but you can purchase early bird tickets at a discount. All attendees will be able to watch all the workshops, etc., but only VIP ticket holders will be able to participate. Only current PFS members can purchase a VIP ticket. VIP tickets also get you access to PFS archives and artist meet & greets over Zoom. All tickets allow you to watch and rewatch the festival through February 28, in case you missed anything or just want to see it again.
