1941---Bob Dylan one of the most influential figures of the 20th century is born. He has sold in excess of 125 million albums and remains a powerhouse in the world of music and art. He has been named by Time as one of the Top 100 Important Figures of the 20th Century and by Rolling Stone as the number 2 Greatest Artist of All Time. His music awards are too numerous to list. In May of 2012, he was awarded The Presidential Medal of Freedom the nations highest honor for a civilian.
