A New Jersey man has been arrested and charged with murder after the burned body of a woman was found near a cemetery in Mercer County earlier this week. 42-year-old Harley Wildmann is charged with first-degree murder second-degree desecration of human remains, third- and fourth-degree weapons offenses, and fourth-degree tampering with evidence. The Lehigh County Coroner's Office announced that an Upper Macungie Township man died days after being attacked by his pet boa constrictor. The cause of death is listed as an anoxic brain injury due to asphyxiation by constriction and the manner of death was deemed accidental. Philadelphia Police are looking for a suspect wanted for raping a woman at gunpoint on a subway platform early Monday morning, 7/18. It happened around 4:30 a.m. at the Snyder station of the Broad Street Line on the 2100 block of S. Broad Street. A man has been arrested for beating his elderly mother to death inside her Roxborough home on Sunday, 7/17. 59-year-old Gary Johnson is charged with murder and possessing an instrument of crime. Police responded around 1 p.m. to the 4200 block of Houghton Street. 96-year-old Bertha Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene. She was suffering from blunt force trauma to the head and body.
