A Delaware woman was arrested on Sunday, 3/13, after she went on a spree involving two carjackings and the death of a pedestrian. 30-year-old Brittallia Semaan of New Castle is charged with vehicular homicide, kidnapping for one of the carjackings, multiple counts of first-degree robbery, reckless endangering, and other charges. A 17-year-old boy was injured after he accidentally shot himself on Saturday afternoor, 3/12. It happened around 5 p.m. on the 300 block of E. Ashmead Street in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood. The boy was handling a gun when it went off and he was shot in the head. He was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center in critical condition. A 7-year-old girl injured her foot running out of the home. She was taken to Einstein in stable condition.
