A Night of Stardust is the culmination of all the events of Philly Loves Bowie week featuring a star studded lineup of local Philly musicians and vocalists paying tribute to David Bowie. The sold out show at Union Transfer was produced by Gregory Shelton. This is the third year of Philly Loves Bowie Week which is centered around Bowie's birthday (1/8/47) and the day of his untimely death (1/10/16).

All of the performances were heart felt and incredible. The added lighting by Main Light Industries added another special layer to the night. Performances included "Suffragette City," "I'm Afraid of Americans," "Fame," "Heroes," "Changes," "Rebel Rebel," "Young Americans," and more.

It was hosted by DJ Robert Drake of WXPN.

The vocalists included Jeffrey Gaines, Phoebe Legere (NYC), Special Guest and Bowie Illumni Ava Cherry, Ari from MINKA, James Michael Baker from (Oolala & Johnny Showcase), Lance Davis from (Grady Hoss) and Richard Bush.

The band included Dan Kauffman on drums, Keith Giosa on keys, Vahe Sarkissian on guitar, Mark Teague on guitar, Joe Grillo on sax, and Richard Ratner on bass.

Net proceeds from the concert benefit the Cancer Center at CHOP, in David Bowie's memory.
