A teenager who was found shot at a state park in Bucks County over the weekend has died from his injuries. On Monday, 10/26, family confirmed that 18-year-old Jason Kutt succumbed to his injuries. It happened around 5:15 p.m. Saturday, 10/24, near the Old Ridge Road entrance to Nockamixon State Park near Quakertown. Pennsylvania State Game Wardens and State Park Rangers responded to the scene and performed first aid. Kutt was rushed to St. Luke's Hospital. A witness reported seeing a male in hunting gear leaving the area. Police officers, K9, and a helicopter searched the area but did not find anything. The Bucks County District Attorney's office and State Police are investigating. If you have any information, call 215-348-6868 or 215-340-8147.

The family posted a statement of Facebook, "It is with (an extremely) heavy and broken heart that we share with you the passing of our son Jason Kutt due to a gunshot wound received on Saturday at Nockamixan State Park," the family said. "Jason was 18 years old and a 2020 Pennridge graduate. He loved playing his guitars, video games and taking walks in nature to take amazing pictures and spending time with his girlfriend."

A homeless man is being charged with murder in connection with an apartment building fire early Sunday morning, 10/25, in Camden that killed 2 people and injured 9 others. 34-year-old Brandon Adams has been charged with first-degree murder. Investigators determined that he intentionally set the blaze. The fire started around 3:15 a.m. in a three-story apartment building on the 3400 block of Cramer Street. The fire went to 3-alarms. Fire fighters fought flames and smoke to rescue dozens of people from the building. In addition to the injured residents, one firefighter suffered a dislocated shoulder. The Red Cross New Jersey is assisting numerous families who are displaced from their homes. The victims have not been identified.

The fire marshal and police investigators are investigating after a woman was found dead with stab wounds after a duplex fire in Brewerytown on Sunday night, 10/25. It happened around 8:30 p.m. on the 2900 block of West Girard Avenue. Firefighters arrived to find 27-year-old Devin Gold dead in the first floor apartment stabbed multiple times. They also found a 40-year-old man unconscious in the basement with self-inflicted stab wounds. He regained consciousness and was taken to Penn Presbyterian Hospital in critical condition. The couple in the second floor apartment were alerted by smoke alarms and escaped unharmed. "Firefighters found indications that this may be a possible crime scene and at this point, we're treating it as a crime scene," said Assistant Fire Chief Harry Bannon. The cause of the fire and death of the woman remain under investigation.
